Refunds (30-Day Guarantee)
If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the initial subscription date.
After 30 days, refunds are not issued. You may cancel at any time; service remains active through the end of the billing cycle.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time via your DM&GB account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. After cancellation, access remains active through the end of the current billing period; no further charges will accrue.
Price Changes
We may modify pricing from time to time. We will notify active subscribers in advance. Changes apply to future billing cycles and do not affect the current paid term.
